Tell us about yourself:
Hi I’m Atoosa Berenji Kalkhoran. I’m currently in my last year of mechatronics engineering. I love drawing and 3D printing. I am an international student and I’ve been living in Canada for almost 5 years now. I’ve been through the process of getting used to an unknown environment and I got through it by the help of the people around me and I don’t know what I would have done without their support. After being in CityLAB, I realized that I have the opportunity to help others just like the way, they helped me and in doing so, be part of a great community, which it’s goal is to reach climate justice in different ways. I’m really happy and grateful that through CityLAB, I could meet so many amazing people from students to the instructors and community partners and I had the privilege of being able to share this experience with them and learn so many amazing things . I think that one day when I look back at my life, CityLAB would be one of the most treasured memories of mine.
