What ways can Artificial Intelligence be used for automation of manual processes ?
Project Description: The project’s focus is to review the manual processes which may have historically used within municipal Information Technology systems and look at possible manners that Artificial Intelligence can be used to help automate these activities. The project shall look at research on ways that AI-driven automation may enhance efficiency and effectiveness in IT operations. The desired project deliverables include a scan of service providers, strategic partners, and government funding opportunities for AI technology.
