Jaron Su

Jaron is in his fourth year of Commerce at McMaster University. One of the reasons he joined CityLAB was because of his interest in working in project management. Although Jaron enjoys trying new things or exploring new places, he has not yet managed to explore his own city, which is another reason why he decided to join CityLAB’s Semester in Residence! Having managed to avoid sitting in many traditional lecture halls for half of his last year, you would probably spot him running between places, coffee precariously perched in hand! Jaron is excited to learn more about his city, and aspires to be an actively engaged member of the community, the very community which has nurtured him for so long.

Keri is in her third year at Redeemer University College where she is double majoring in Marketing and Political Science. She has a wide range of interests such as coffee, sports, NFL, and volunteering. Keri has a passion to be active within her local neighborhood, which led her to CityLAB, after the idea was mentioned to her by a professor. CityLAB gives her the opportunity to serve those who also hold pride in calling Hamilton home. Although Hamilton has only recently become Keri’s home, as she was originally from Orangeville, this did not stop her from wanting to became a part of CityLAB. When she is not focusing on her academics, you can find her at a local coffee shop, most likely Mulberry Cafe, with friends, or rock climbing at the Gravity Climbing Gym downtown.
