What is the digital literacy rate within City of Hamilton's workforce and recommendations to remove any existing barriers.
Project Description: This project is primarily driven by City of Hamilton's strategic priorities of clean & green. In order to successfully meet these objectives, it is important to understand the existing competencies and develop strategies taking these competencies into account. Likewise, it is also imperative to understand the current state to identify ways to develop these competencies for future. As part of the Human Resources team this project will be very valuable in understanding barriers to digital literacy and solutions to remove these barriers for our workforce.

Deliverables: Primary Research (ie. conducting surveys and/or collecting data), Recommendations to improve digital literacy (if low)
